Off lead Off lead between the Mowhanau bluff and the north bank of Karaka Stream; on lead from Karaka Stream to the North Mole

Long black-sand surf beach at the mouth of the Whanganui River. The Seafront Road grass reserve and Bamber Street road reserve beside it are also off lead.
