Off lead Off lead. Keep leashed in the lower car park, reserve and stream area (penguins) and at the Paritutu end near Round Rock (seals).

The big off-lead run in New Plymouth: black sand, surf and the Sugar Loaf Islands. Watch the tide at the southern end.
